A Journey of Healing and Transformation
ADRENAL FATIGUE. A NEW BEGINNING.
In 2016, my path shifted in a way I could never have imagined.
At the time, I was deeply immersed in a corporate executive role, traveling extensively across Africa while raising my two young sons, who were just one and two years old. The photo I share with you here was taken in this time, I still can’t believe how well I hid it all..
The intense demands of my career and family life left me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, struggling to keep up with the responsibilities placed upon me.
Without the tools or knowledge to navigate these challenges, I spiraled into deep depression and Adrenal Fatigue, eventually reaching a point where I felt I had no choice but to surrender- either my life or everything I had built around me.
I made the decision to leave my corporate career and give myself three months to recover. But three months wasn’t enough. I had reached a level of exhaustion that ran deep, and instead of finding relief, I fell further into depression, numbed by a protocol of antidepressants that only deepened my sense of disconnection.
One morning, I woke with a clear message: “Search beyond the ordinary.” It was a defining moment, a turning point that set me on the path of deep healing and self-discovery.
Out of sheer desperation, I listened to this inner voice and began exploring alternative healing approaches - stepping into a world that would completely transform my life.
Knowing my Self
The first steps of my path were about learning to trust my intuition... listening to the language of my body, entering my heart, and releasing the patterns and expectations that had shaped my life.
As I healed and reconnected, Spirit began to speak through dreams and synchronicities, guiding me deeper and soon my teachers began to appear....
My initiatory path began with a year-long journey in the Andean tradition, where I received the Nusta Karpay and Munay-Ki rites. These are transmissions that awaken the heart, heal the womb, and restore balance between the feminine and masculine within. These rites reconnected me to the ancient wisdom of Pachamama and the luminous lineages of Earth and sky, anchoring remembrance, protection, and embodied harmony.
Soon after this first initiation, my path opened into two streams of lineage that I continue to walk and deepen into today - the Basotho Womb Healing Lineage of the Mamsebeletsi, the Priestesses of the Primordial Waters, and the Order of the Christed Sophia within the Sisterhood of the Rose. What began as a year of formal training became an ongoing way of life, an initiation into the living wisdom of the womb, the waters, and the remembrance of the feminine Christ line.

It was within these lineages that my ancestral and shamanic work truly took root. Through the Mamsebeletsi lineage, I received the blessing to work on African soil, with her ancestors, her elementals, and the honour of serving African wombs.
Through the Rose Sisterhood, I reconnected with the forgotten lineage of the Marys, the ones my grandmothers prayed to. The year 2020 marked a profound homecoming, a reclamation of my voice, my heritage, and my truth.
In 2024, I completed my initiation into the Arts of Sacred Union - immersed in the Egyptian Mysteries of Isis and the alchemy of inner union. This rite of passage opened a new chapter of service, brought me closer to the masculine and helped me heal the distortion within myself and my lineage around love, power and union.
Now, I walk in devotion to Madre Rosita, Mother Rose. Though she has been with me for many years - perhaps my whole life, as I remember singing to the roses in my childhood garden - this path has now deepened into a formal initiation. Guided by teachers and mentors who carry the wisdom of generations of Rose Healers, I am apprenticing myself to her medicine.

This unfolding devotion is a return to Rose as my primary ally - teacher of love and grief, of beauty and boundaries, of tenderness and embodied feminine leadership.
The Weaver
BRIDGING ANCIENT WISDOM WITH MODERN LIFE

I am a Weaver, blending the wisdom of ancient traditions with the rhythms of modern life. Rose has become my guiding thread - teaching love, boundaries, and embodiment as gateways into wholeness.
​
My work is not about following a single path, but about weaving what is true: shamanic practices, ancestral healing, nature’s medicine, and intuitive guidance - all in service to the Mother and the midwifing of the matured Feminine.
​
I walk beside others not as one with all the answers, but as a mentor who helps you remember your own wisdom, your own medicine, and the way back to your heart.
My Vision for the future
IN SERVICE TO CREATION.

At the heart of my journey has been the awakening of the Primordial Feminine force within me. Through deep explorations with plant medicines and years of initiation into the Mysteries of the Goddess, I have reclaimed the sacred feminine power that had long been suppressed within myself and my lineage - embracing intuition, fluidity, receptivity, and deep connection to life itself.
​
I now embrace a leadership rooted in service to Creation. Holding Kiva Moya allows me to embody a way of leading that is deeply aligned with the Earth and the rhythms of the Cosmos.
​
My vision is to create an environment where all can thrive - one of balance, reciprocity, and reverence for the Earth. Here, on this sacred land, I am remembering the ancient matriarchal traditions of leadership - teachings whispered by the wind, revealed by the trees, and pulsing through the soil beneath my feet.
The Magaliesberg Mountains are my Muse, and in this Cradle of Humankind, the voices of the ancestors are clear and guiding.

In this next phase of my life, my devotion is twofold: to serve the Earth, listening and honouring her guidance, and to mentor women into the mature Feminine - a force the world so urgently needs. I am here to midwife this awakening: to guide women across thresholds, through rites of passage, and into the embodied leadership of the Primordial Feminine.
my approach to this work
I have always carried the energy of the Mother within me. A nurturer by nature, devoted to the wisdom of my soul’s many lifetimes as healer, priestess, and diviner. Holding space for others is where I am most alive - guiding them to see the light of their own soul and reconnect with their wild, untamed nature.

I believe true healing begins with a return to the Heart and to the Great Mother - Mother Nature herself.
To rebalance the world, we must re-discover Love, and that Love must first awaken within.
Healing always begins with the Self.
This is the way I choose to live and embody... deep self-love, reverence for nature,
and the courage to reclaim personal freedom.

I continue to free myself from the oppressive paradigms of our society, visioning and creating a self-sufficient life, inspiring others to reclaim their own freedom.
​
My approach is gentle and compassionate, honouring the pace at which each soul is ready to descend.
I meet each person in their unique expression, offering the spaciousness to explore, experiment, and reclaim their essence in their own time.
A glimpse into my World
I am in my happy place barefoot in the forest, hands in the dirt, sitting with ancient trees and exploring the beauty of the world.
I seek out Sacred Sites and ancient trees. Reclaiming lost wisdom and aspects of my Soul at these powerful portals on the Earth. Indigenous wisdom captivates me, I have had the honour of sitting with wisdom keepers from various lineages, who share their knowledge so graciously, in response to the call of the Earth.
My greatest legacy is my children - my two boys - whom I hope to gift with the same deep curiosity for the Earth and all Her inhabitants.

I love to play, dance wildly, sing at the top of my lungs, and laugh until my belly hurts. Life is far too magical to be taken too seriously! I embrace playfulness, always ready to find the humour in the moment, and I LOVE a good joke - even the corny ones.
My spirit is one of curiosity, joy, and an ever-present appreciation
for the magic woven into the everyday.

And yes, there are days when the pendulum swings, this is when I retreat to Kiva Moya and find comfort in solace. I truly appreciate time on my own - I seek it out often, and need this to remain grounded and centred in my truth.

Kiva Moya Nature Retreat
In 2022, I celebrated my birthday weekend on a beautiful farm in the Magaliesberg Biosphere with some of my dearest & nearest.
​
I had no idea that this weekend would spark my initiation into Land Custodianship! By the end of the weekend, after a series of divinely synchronised events, an offer was extended to purchase the farm. And so my birthday marked the birth of Kiva Moya Nature Retreat.
Being a custodian of the land has been one of the most humbling and expansive transitions in my life. Helping me reconnect with ancient wisdom and ways of living. A longing that my Soul was holding onto which had never before been acknowledged.
Kiva Moya is a healing centre, a sanctuary for the weary Soul to heal, rest, rejuvenate and strengthen our resilience to meet the challenges of life on this planet.
Here we are shifting the dominant paradigm of human supremacy into one of human responsibility and reciprocity with all of life.
