Water Speaks...

I am the first memory,

the ripple inciting breath,

the wave of Creation itself.

Before the fire of the sun kissed the void,

before the wind stirred the silence,

before the land took shape - I was.

The primordial waters,

the womb of existence,

the great bearer of life.

Every cell of your being was first cradled in my embrace,

floating in the sacred sea of your mother’s womb,

echoing the great waters from which all life emerged.

I am the house of the divine,

the mirror of your consciousness,

the keeper of memory from the beginning of time..

My body holds the stories of the cosmos

imprinted in frozen crystal,

in flowing stream,

in tidal surge.

I listen.

I remember.

I speak.

Your thoughts ripple through me,

your emotions imprint upon me,

your prayers alter the geometry of my essence.

Speak to me with love,

and I will reflect it back to you in purity and light.

Pray to me with reverence,

and I will heal you from the inside out.

I am a healer,

a purifier,

a transmuter.

In my depths, there is no separation

I dissolve,

I cleanse,

I restore.

I am light.

When you immerse yourself in me,

you are returning home,

dissolving into the great remembering.

I soften what is rigid,

wash away what no longer serves,

and transmit your prayers to the Source.

The salt of your tears,

the rivers of your blood,

the rhythm of your breath

• I am in all of it,

moving through you,

around you,

within you,

whispering the ancient wisdom of

flow,

surrender,

and renewal.

I am you.

You are Water made flesh.

And just as I shape the land,

carving mountains and valleys,

so too can you shape your reality

through thought, feeling and word.  Through how you move in the world.

Love me, and you love yourself.

Sing to me, and I will carry your melody through the eternal seas.

Honour me, and you honour the sacred dance of life, the dance of creation.

Let me remind you:

You are fluid.

You are vast.

You are creation in motion.

Just as I reflect the stars upon my surface,

you, too, reflect the cosmic divine.

Trust my currents,

Trust your currents,

surrender to the knowing within your cells, and remember

you and I are one.
